Back here in the states, she has worked for a property developer as an acquisition director, then worked in the mortgage industry until 2008. Monica went on into a business partnership owning a restaurant and catering company, as well as in the event business, mostly weddings based at a historical landmark in South OC. Planning and coordinating events, also managing and exclusively conducting tours of the historical landmark. All of this before entering into real estate which of course was not foreign to her, she has the tools to succeed. She has the ability in the industry to look out for clients, providing the best service and knowledge possible, always adding a personal style and touch.
