Got a pipe leak under my slab. I know the repair is ugly. Anyone have a recommendation for a plumber that's good at this type of repair?

A condo unit for which I'm responsible has a mysterious moisture issue in part of the carpet in one of the bedrooms. A plumber and the building engineer are saying it's not from a leak from above or below or from windows, etc.
Can anyone recommend a carpet specialist or a moisture analyst that can possibly diagnose and remedy this issue? Thanks!
