  A condo unit for which I'm responsible has a mysterious moisture issue in part of the carpet in one of the bedrooms. A plumber and the building engineer are saying it's not from a leak from above or below or from windows, etc. Can anyone recommend a carpet specialist or a moisture analyst that can possibly diagnose and remedy this issue?   Yep.. American Leak Detection. http://www.americanleakdetection.com/ They will do the repipe.. They preform all straight cutson the drywall using a straight edge and 90* corners.. It made repairing the drywall much easier. They do not do the dryall repair.
