  Found a great yard guy if anyone needs. Never met in person, but he's proven to be a 100% solid,honest business man. All who know me, know I don't recommend or really talk that nice about many people and mean it, but Jeff Venegas is a solid keep your word guy. Before and after pics of my yard.
