  Local FB peeps: need recommendations pleaseeeee!!!! My mom is in need of someone (or some business) that can do a couple "handyman" things around her house, including: (1) her roof seems to be leaking around her chimney and now the upstairs ceiling is getting ruined, so outside roof area (I believe it's just a tiny area around the chimney) AND inside ceiling (drywall replacement, painting, etc); (2) some little plumbing under the kitchen sink; (3) some plumbing dealing with the bathroom sinks (one has a drip, the other has an issue with the built-in stopper not staying up and water then filling up in the sink). Can someone please recommend someone who could do all four (if possible) or a couple people who could do maybe the roof thing and then the plumbing things separately?? Obviously, we need someone reliable, reputable, and most of all reasonable!! Thanks so much!!!!!
