  Qu: Please can anyone give any advice? we are looking for a photographer (ceremony to before reception) for next june in the hampshire area.. I have emailed a few in my local area for quotes and they range from £300 to £1000+ but we are confused by the packages and what is good value.. some of the portfolios we like seem to be from the lower price bracket, so should price come into it? were conscious we need to book soon but feel that before we meet with any, we need to ask them the right questions and be a bit more knowledgable.. any help would be appreciated please thanks all!

  We've booked our wedding for May 2017. When would people recommend we start looking into making other bookings ? I didn't think we'd have to book our wedding so soon but I spoke to 3 other venues and our date was booked already ! Made me wonder if we need to start looking into other suppliers too ? We've booked for the bank holiday weekend so maybe that makes a difference ? Any advice gratefully received

  Def get booking, the more you get booked now the less stress later with having to find alternatives if your chosen vendor is already booked.
