Susan Karels Call Wayne Hall and tell him I sent you. Wayne = 913-927-9422. He's an outstanding handyman as well. I had he and his sidekick, Rob, do a lot of work on my West Plaza house before I sold it. Reasonable and extremely meticulous.

So, with that said, does anyone know of a GOOD Building Contractor in the KC area who wants and needs to work??? Who will work, who does a great job, and understands the meaning of a deadline??
