Who can help my grandfather who is on a fixed income figure out what is wrong with his car and fix it for a reasonable price im sorry but he can't be stranded bc he has bad health and has to go to the VA HOSP a couple times a week but everyone keeps ripping him off and way over charging him and leavin him with no money
