  Inspector Paul: 704-4677328. He did the inspection on two houses I bought and very reasonably priced. Plus he does excellent work and takes photos of everything that needs to be fixed

  I've used inspector Paul on two homes now...our house here in northstone was a short sale and had a lot of neglect, so we really needed a good assessment.Paul also has thermal imaging to help with any moisture issues (used him on previous house in mooresville where floors were warping to figure out what was going on) http://www.inspectorpaul.com/charlotte_thermal_imaging_infrared_nc_sc.html
