  We have had a terrible time trying to get our pool open. We called American Pool and Spa in Richmond. They came out 1x, never returned. We then called Pool Connection in Berea. They came out 2x, never returned or returned a phone call after causing our pump to quit working. We are now at a loss on how to get the pool up and running. I know there are no other local pool stores but any suggestions for a more reliable trustworthy business would be appreciated. We will pay the extra to have someone travel to Berea if they will actually do their job. Thanks! Matthew Back
