Mary, although this wasn't recent, Dutch's Home Improvement, (719) 392-1369, did my PV house, as well as my house in Littleton in the mid-1990 s. The company continues to thrive; I have lots of respect for the owner, Gary Dutch. They did all my replacement windows, too. Mine is steel siding - more vibrant colors than vinyl and sturdier - but they probably do vinyl, too.
