  The saddle research trust are worth contacting to recommend a saddle fitter.

  Learn as much as you can for yourself Rosey Prior then you will be sure of the questions to ask. Getting a well fitting saddle is crucial spending lots of money doesn't guarantee a good service. I would be more inclined to trust a fitter who rides has a good grasp on anatomy, biomechanics of horse and rider and puts the horses comfort above all else. That is why the saddle research trust was set up because of the lack of regulation and inconsistency of quality.

  Saddle research trust has a list of corporate members who attended their annual conference. Would trust their judgement on approved saddle fitters.
