  Can someone please recommend a person(s) who can hang a banner. I received a permit from Provincetown License Department. Since Provincetown Town Hall cannot recommend someone, I was told to contact the Provincetown Business Guild. I have not received a response from them. If you know of a person who can do this please send me a private message. Or if you know of an organization in Ptown that might have a resource. We want to hang the banner from this Monday to next Monday for St. Mary's Summer Fair. Thank you for your help!
