Payment
I accept payment via secure Card Payment ,Bank Transfer and Barclays Ping It.
Those local to Sandbach may choose to pay cash, but payment must be made before any work is carried out. If wishing to pay via barclays ping it or transfer please follow instructions on the checkout page thankyou.
Full payment is required before any personalised and non personalised items are started. this includes Engraved and crystallised products and also Oyster Pearl Jewellery.
Layaway is available on all products with a 50% non refundable deposit which should be paid when first ordering, with the full amount being paid before items are made/dispatched. If full payment is not made within the stated time (agreed between customer and Kayleigh Jayne & Co) then the customer forfeits their right to the ordered products and they will subsequently lose their deposit. The deposit will also be lost upon cancelation of orders. Amendments to the payment agreement can be made under special circumstances but this is at the sole discretion of Kayleigh Jayne & Co. Layaway can paid over a maximum of 6 months once initial deposit has been paid. Layaway plans must be discussed and arranged via the contact tab to make a custom order. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER VIA DIRECT CHECKOUT IF WISHING TO PAY ON LAYAWAY.

From time to time Royal Mail and courier services change their postage prices so changes in my prices may also change to reflect this.
Product Information
I aim to complete all bespoke orders within two weeks of full payment being made. There are times when this may be longer, however you will be kept informed of any increase in production time.
Please note that all Art work and personalised ceramic and glassware canvases etc are hand painted/made therefore each one is unique in its appearance.
All my handmade items can be personalised and decorated to your specifications, both ceramic and glassware products are hand painted, I use non toxic porcelain paint and glass paint which is then baked to make permanent.
Once baked my items are dishwasher proof up to 40'c heat, however I always recommend hand washing with a soft cloth to keep them like new.
I can do any design for you as long as it's within my drawing/painting/graphic design capabilities.
The Crystals used in my Stardust Collection range are genuine Swarovski Crystals that are bought direct from a Swarovski Crystal, ambassador/dealer, I mainly use clear crystals but there are a wide range of colours available, if you would prefer a different colour please let me know in the note to seller section when making your personalised order.
Canvases are printed using premium quality HP vivera inks at 1440dpi which produces unrivalled image quality and a stunning canvas print, all work is printed onto heavyweight canvases producing vibrant colour and superb black and white prints, stretched onto a solid 38 mm deep pine frame for that high contemporary finish.
The final print is then laminated to prevent cracking, and it also means they are scratch proof, cleanable and UV protected up to 200 years!
Art Prints are printed onto high quality 315gsm fine art paper, the prints are made to last and look lovely in a frame.
Turn around on normal photo canvases is usually 24/48 hours for delivery after edit approval , etc.
Swarovski Crystal embellished canvases take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery due to these being one of my most popular products, the demand is quite high. However if the lead time changes you will be notified straight away.
All items are sent via a tracked delivery service, so I will email you the tracking info once the item has been shipped.
As with all my products and business in general if there is anything you are looking for that you feel I may be able to help with but it is not shown on my site, please feel free to message me as I will always help where I can.
Oyster Pearl Jewellery
All jewellery in my Mermaid Kisses and Oyster Wishes Range is 925 stamped sterling silver unless otherwise stated. The pearls that are found in the oysters opened live on air, via my dedicated Facebook page are cultured freshwater pearls and are absolutely beautiful.
some jewellery pieces need to be set with the pearl once the oyster has been opened and this takes around 7-10 working days for full turnaround and dispatch to you, please bare this in mind when ordering.
Refunds will not be given on set pieces unless damaged in which case please see the returns section of these terms and conditions for more info.
Refunds and Returns
I do not accept returns or give refunds on any personalised item's, or where the product has been made to your specifications/personalisation (this includes any digital items such as edits digital art or any graphic design products, oyster pearl jewellery that needs to be drilled and set and also Swarovski items and printed canvases) according to the Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations). I have no legal obligation to issue a refund.
If the product becomes damaged while in transit to you (the customer), I will give a full refund or replacement as soon as I have claimed a refund successfully from the postage provider, insurance. Photographic evidence of damage will be needed of both the packaging and the product and the item will need to be sent back to me.
For non-personalised/non-bespoke items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must contact Kayleigh Jayne & Co in writing in order to do this a cancellation form can be provided via email upon request. Items must be returned to the above address and return P&P costs and any damage caused while in transit back to Kayleigh jayne & Co are the responsibility of the customer. The order refund will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged item. Please remember for any undamaged items that you wish to return/cancel that if you paid a 50% deposit it is non refundable therefore when issuing a refund I shall only refund the remaining 50%. show more
