  Can anyone recommend a vet for neutering? I have a Mama cat and 2 kittens that are 4 weeks old that I will be taking to the vet as soon as they are weaned. This is Smoky and Randy, rescued from my back yard. I have them in my utility room until they are weaned, then plan to build them a house in the back yard as they can't stay in the house.   The Texarkana Animal League has a low cost spay/neuter program. Cats get their shots, exam, and spay/neuter for only $30! Can't beat that price anywhere! You need to go to their website and fill out an application. There are income restrictions but they are quite lenient.
