  I need some help. Does anyone know of or is a dentist that will do free or discounted services and accept payments? I lost my insurance and I'm unable to work having Fibromyalgia. I've had so many high dosages of steroids over the years for spinal problems that my teeth are crumbling. I have a tooth ache thats really bad right now, part of the tooth broke off.
