  Drumbuilder.co.uk is one of the main UK suppliers. Tiki drums might be worth a try as well. ST Drums in Germany will ship to the UK and they stock drum wrap. Classicdrums (Ludwig specialists) also stock wrap and Ludwig parts. You should be able to find their websites if you look them up on Google.
