  As an owner of a pest and termite company my advice would be find a company that hires FULL TIME YEAR ROUND employees....alot of these companies have seasonal employees most who lack training and understanding of anything but "just spray it mentality" .....I'd also say to you ....stay away from the big ad companies...there is a reason you never see ads for Critter Getters...that reason is "word of Mouth adverting" We stay busy year round without the need of big time ad campaigns and cheap price promises....
