Aswell as the importance of Vitamin D for maintaining good health).   If you are looking for public schools, there is a great Gimnazjum nr. 2 in Psie Pole. Their staff is open-minded and eagerly joins interesting projects. Try contacting them via www.gimnazjum2.wroc.pl/kontakt.html. I cannot estimate children's English proficiency levels precisely, but from what I've experienced with older groups, they speak well.
