  ISO someone who replaces glass on windows which have lost their seal. (Not looking to replace entire window - just glass and reseal it). I have called two big glass companies and they are quoting 250-350/window. 1 handyman stopped by and quoted 125/window but he cant fit me in anytime soon. Also ISO reputable handy man for various jobs. Ideally someone who charges by the hour not by the project -does that even exist?
