  Ear plugs! After waking up with a very bad headache this morning, which also made me feel sick, I've decided I really need to invest in a quality pair of plugs. My ears dislike 'in-ear' style headphones like those found with iPhones etc, so I'm thinking custom fit jobbies are the way forward. Anyone here have experience with these?
