About us
We provide residential and commercial restoration services anywhere within a 4-hour driving radius; in practice 90% of our work is within Halton & Peel Regions.

We're a little different than the competition in that we don't focus solely on insurance work. While it is absolutely necessary to use insurance for catastrophic events, anything we can do to help customers keep costs down and avoid filing claims will benefit them in the long run. As such, only 50% of our work ends up going through insurance.
Our journey into SERVPRO, the big green machine, began in 2012 after I was downsized from a Canadian technology company after it was acquired by a large mutli-national. After discussions with the family, we began looking at franchises and SERVPRO stood out.

SERVPRO had grown to become the top restoration vendor in the USA and one of the top-10 franchises overall. They were just starting to spread into Canada and it represented an amazing opportunity to get in on the ground floor. After about a year of due diligence, negotiation, and training, we finally opened the local office on November 1, 2013.
Our work primarily consists of:
Emergency services
Water damage mitigation and restoration
Fire damage cleanup
Mould remediation
Deodorization (pet odours, nicotine odours, skunk, etc)

We also get calls for various odd jobs:
Carpet cleaning
Interior painting
Flooring installation
Kitchen cabinets
Bathroom vanities
We used third-party software, approved by the insurance industry, to price our jobs. We are not in the business of padding the bill to soak the insurance companies; we ARE in the business of providing good services at fair prices.
