I was very clear on the cut that I wanted and even showed the lady a picture She not only didn't cut my hair how I asked she barely styled it and just fluffed it out. Now I did not pay for it but when I called Karen she basically told me that because I wouldn't allow the other stylist to fix it there was nothing she could do and refused to help fix it.
