I'll start by saying the men sent to the job are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered BUT that doesn't get the job done. Two men showed up (late) to my home without a dolly or straps. About 1.5 - 2 hours into the move, one of the men LEFT THE JOB! Not once did the owner call me to reassure me or discuss the issue. After my husband called the owner, a replacement arrived (maybe 2 hrs later) BUT the job never recovered. It took TEN HOURS to fill (2) 16x8x8' pods!!! They came back the next day and helped my husband and I (yes, we were forced to take over our own move) a few hours, then said they had to leave for another job - and THEY LEFT AGAIN NEVER TO RETURN! YES, OUR JOB WAS ABANDONED TWICE! Found out the men he sent were hired off Facebook - they're not trained in ergonomics or safe handling of your items. My son left a weekend getaway in Chicago and rallied all his friends to get us moved. I CAN'T WARN YOU ENOUGH TO AVOID SMOOTH MOVE - IT'S ANYTHING BUT A SMOOTH MOVE!!

We need a company that can break down the beds and move all of our furniture and boxes and put the beds back together at the new house. We are hopefully moving in 2-3 weeks.
