  Not sure who I call. I need a small crack fixed on the mortor of our brick. It is not structural I've had it inspected. I got an estimate from a guy who works for a foundation repair company, but I cannot get him to come out and fix it. He keeps promising but never gets here. Again, the crack is in the morter of the brick only, not the brick at all. We had that extra wide mortor applied when we built the house. TIA for suggestions.
