Mitchell Fowler of MF Render & Texture is a qualified certified and fully insured cement renderer with years of experience in all the areas of rendering and texture coating that will help and guide you through the process of turning your family house into a family home. Not only will cement rendering improve the aesthetics of your house it will dramatically increase its street appeal and market value.

We pride ourselves on out workmanship which shows in all of our finished work.
We are not a large company with lots of employees for a reason and that is to control and maintain our high quality standards.
I strongly believe in using the best quality products for the best quality finish so not only does it looks great, it will last!
We refuse to use site mix sand and cement renders mixed on site as I believe the product is too in consistent, for example one batch of sand might be finer/courser then the last batch or may have several impurities.
We ONLY use Australian made renders, nothing but the best of quality to produce a forever lasting quality finish.
A high Majority of the render we use is Rockcote pre blended cement render, We highly recommend and prefer this product as it is made in a factory to ensure quality control so you know every bag... show more you open is going to be exactly the same as the last, our builders and clients also love the finish as well as the convenience. This render is fully cured in 3 days meaning it is ready to paint which is not only convenient but also cheap. You will save weeks in scaffold hire opposed to sand and cement as it needs at least 30 days to cure, that’s about 27 days scaffold hire you are saving!
The renders we used are also a lot more flexible, resistant to structural movement cracking and efflorescence ( salt seeping through render and paint) it also has its own built in sealer to provide extra protection.
