  Good Morning Rachel, it is certainly difficult to find price points in Northern Palm Beach County under $1000. It is worth pointing out, that many of the rents will include some utilities such as, water, sewer, cable, garbage & possibly WiFi. Also, a temp furnished rental may be a feasible option & lower in price during summer. I am a Realtor & a local for 36 years and also work with rental properties.
