  In regards to dogs found night of New Years , the tan one is a girl and her name is princess, she was chipped the other one is not . I've been calling the microchip company non stop and owners are not returning calls . The microchip company are not able to give me the owners info. At this point the person who has them and has helped me keep them in his yard already told me today is the last day he is able to keep them. This are extremely sweet dogs and understand the basic commands Does anybody know of a rescue, they can be taken to? While owners return call. If not I would have to call pound today.   This is what you should do. I have been told that the chip is more than likely a chip implanted by county. You should call 602-506-7387 and wait the 50 seconds or so until you get prompts. Then choose options 2,1,2 and follow the instructions.
