  That's all excellent advice cheers guys, I'll follow up on all. Ill be happy to get fish from wherever as long as the quality and flavour are good, we tried with adds cod t'other day and it was bland as anything, even in our home made dredge (for anyone who doesn't know what a dredge is, is basically breadcrumbs eggs and flour... Keep your eyes peeled on redlionbiggleswade.co.UK and the Facebook page, we'll be giving away the secrets to all our recipes and cocktails) and our homemade horseradish slaw.... No point having a great fish burger recipe if the fish is a let down right?
