Anyone who knows Sheltie's know they have 2 layers of coat. The under layer is protection against the elements. Karen stripped the undercoat from my dog and to this day- Aug 3/15 it is still not growing back nor will it ever grow back. I once had a beautiful tri Sheltie and now her fur coat is aweful. Do not go to this groomer. If I had the money I would be suing her. My dog's neck line was down to bear skin as if the dog was struggling against a leash. I do have pictures that I posted on her website but of course she deleted them.
