  Looking for a mechanic that KNOWS electrical in 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. Need ideas of what is wrong. Wipers work intermittent and sometimes just turn on all by themselves. And no, I know my car ain't suffering from some kind of possession. I have discovered that when I turn my brights on and off I can get them to work. The fluid is also affected. If blades don't work, wash fluid don't come out. Sometimes the clock on my radio is wrong and I have to reset it. Now I have dimming headlights depending on if I am braking or gasing. My map lights work intermittent as well. Thoughts? And prices to fix please
