I work in a warehouse environment and I am always on my feet, and lately my one heel has been killing me, thinking I may need to get orthotic inserts for my shoes.   We go to Bioped to have our orthotics made. They are on Queen Street, you need to call to make an appointment. Depending on which insurance company you have, they can do direct billing. http://www.bioped.com/
