  http://www.tregednafarmholidays.co.uk We've always stayed here whilst visiting our son at the uni. Walking distance (20 mins ish) into Fal along the coastal path. No need to book unless you want hook up. The owner is lovely and friendly and even allowed us to arrive at stupid o'clock when he graduated and we were only allowed a day off work for it. (We're 360 miles away). Not overly expensive and the facilities are clean and tidy - not luxurious, but very usable).

  http://www.tregednafarmholidays.co.uk/ I don't know how much they charge but we've photographed a few weddings there. You have the complete run of a detached barn so you can do and decorate whatever and however you want - We've had great weddings there and people have enjoyed a really relaxed and informal time. There is room for a marquee and the kids love to run around outside. I don't expect it to be too pricey as you bring everything yourselves. The lady who runs it is very nice and they seem very flexible there. The barn is also big enough for the evening do. Hope it's helpful.
