  I need a mini-split ductless HVAC for my new listening room. Say, 12,000 BTUs, heat & cool. Would love to buy local but the local suppliers say they can not only not sell me one but can't even quote me a price unless I have an EPA cert. And yet Amazon will be happy to ship me one.
