  Hello everyone. I have been deep in the job-search process for a few months now, looking to move to the Valley. I feel like I'm running out of ideas for where to look. Would anyone have suggestions? Just to give an idea, I've applied at ASU, GCU, gate6, Ideas Collide, Anderson Advertising, PetSmart, Apollo, Phoenix Suns, Infusionsoft, Ethology, defero, GoDaddy, all in a branding/market strategy/acccount manager role.   Do you have any distant contacts to those companies in LinkedIn? It really helped me to network as much as possible. Also get on the careerconnectors.org newsletter. I moved to the valley in 02 without a job since too many people told me you need to be here to get a job here. It was a different job market then. I'm at DHL in Tempe. Let me know if you apply for any of their jobs and I can put you in touch with someone. Lots of sales and customer service in my bldg but other roles around the valley too.
