  Steve S. wrote: Jamie charged me over £200 labour to replace a sensor and a door handle carrier which I paid in good faith. They are still broken and he has also broken the air bag sensor leaving me without a airbag. My car is now unroadworthy and dangerous. I informed him straight away he came back and fixed the door but not the sensor or airbag. He promised me he would pick up a part the following week and correct everything. The door broke again. For 7 weeks now I have phoned and left voicemails I have text and I have left Facebook messages. He will not return a call or message completely ignoring me. I am now left with another bill and further damage due to his incompetence. I will be taking civil action and will not stop until I receive a full refund and compensation for the damaged airbag. I have used him before and it's been ok. I have paid him cash in full every time without any fuss. I have recommended him to other people and he has done work for them AND THIS HOW I AM TREATED. I'm disgusted and he won't be getting away with this !!!
