Can anyone recommend some good women's fitness groups or something. I've got to do something about my weight. I need some friendly motivation or an accountability partner. I've decided I'm not a fan of planet fitness. I'd like to find something along the lines of swimming and a running track or someone who can teach me yoga. Or maybe a non-expensive personal trainer. Don't have a ton of money to spend but basically I need some help and motivation. All suggestions are welcome and/or a workout buddy. I don't do things like thrive, it's a wrap, or plexus. I'm not interested in that. Simply looking for someone to help motivate me in exercise and good old fashioned dieting. Thanks in advance!
