  Hair salons with masks I'm hoping to get my black hair bleached + dyed purple/magenta before attending a wedding in two weeks. Does anyone know any colorists or salons in the area that are open yet and have a mask policy? I have severe asthma and though I'd like to get my hair done, it won't come at the cost of my health. I don't even know if anyone or anything is open. I'm open to someone's garage salon too, if they've got a portfolio. Appreciate any suggestions!

  Utopia Salon and spa in Hazel Dell is open and has a fairly strict policy including masks, temperature checks and not blow drying hair. I’ve had a few different stylists work on my hair for fashion colors since I’ve gone there. Jazmine currently does my purple color https://www.utopiadayspasalon.com/
