  This is going to sound odd since I'm sure there are plenty of people in the area that can do it, but... check out www.santanvalleycoops.com They are out of Arizona. They make regular delivery runs to the area so "delivery" is cheap. I want to say it was only $50 when I got my coop from them a few years ago. Anyway, they will custom build whatever you want. I was able to get a coop from them for about $200 less than what a local business was charging for the same design. Awesome people. Awesome quality.
