  Good morning everyone, I moved here in 2005 and am looking for a honest and reliable shop that knows old air cooled Volkswagen Cars. I realize this is a little off topic, and I do not want to get booted from the group. So sorry to intrude on your time if this is of no interest to you. Being that there are so many long time residents of the area that view this page I am looking any local knowledge as well, whenever I take one of the VWs out for a drive I get a lot of friendly people who have their own memories and stories about VWs. I am also interested in rescuing and restoring these cars from barns, back woods locations or garages where they may be sitting rusting away and or not being used. If you know of any bugs, or busses in any condition, the area made from the 1950s to the 1970s in need of being rescued and restored please instant message me. I'm also interested in parts as well.
