  Posting for a friend not in Facebook ... Looking for recos for someone to do repairs on a large deck (replace lattice walls, straighten and secure side/front walls, replace warped beams) and power wash, sand, prime, paint and clear sealant done all by hand with brushes and rollers (not spray guns!). Adamant that the painting work must be done with brushes/rollers and not spray guns, and repairs are made first (so not looking for someone only willing to do the painting work).
