  I realise this request has already been asked in some ways but we are looking for a handyman to do some jobs for us and really need a recommendation. One of the jobs is a carpentry job (laying a new threshold for bifold doors) but the rest of the jobs are general DIY. I have tried some of the recommended trades people before but either they don't turn up or do come but don't get back to us with a quote, maybe because the jobs are too small/ not lucrative enough compared to a big building job. Can anyone recommend someone happy to do smaller jobs who is also reliable and trustworthy? Many thanks!
