  Can anyone recommend an optician in Sukhumvit who genuinely knows what they are doing and cares about providing the correct analysis and recommendation to their customers? Seems like most opticians have staff who really don't know and don't care about the customers genuine needs. Just the commission on the highest value sale they can muster! Its amazing how much trust and credit we automatically give to a person just because they are wearing a white lab coat. There are almost as many "opticians" as there are 7-11/square kilometer in Thailand. How many does the average mall or supermarket have! So from my experience in the past 3 years its very difficult to find a genuinely skilled and caring optician. Any advise?

  V Siam Optical just before Sukhumvit 31. The man who does the eye check is just the sweetest most thorough guy ever. He's careful and detailed and really cares that you're satisfied but also safe. I've been to him several times and he's always consistent. I can't recommend him enough.
