  Looking to hire an architect and an engineer in order get the ishur for our shiputz in Efrat (need to be familiar with Efrat moetza). Met with one architect - quoted a fee of 6500nis. Is this typical? Was told an engineer would cost 1500 - 3000. Is there such thing as an architect AND engineer who could do both for cheaper? The shiputz is a simple expansion that has already been done by many neighbors in identical units.
