  Yes.. I emailed two of the companies recommended on FM Cares...and never heard back ..I think the job wasn't big enough$$. The fella drove far, I would offer more money ( he said he only came out cuz my son had used him on one of his rentals in FW) but he got the job done when no one else would, and very nice and reasonable.
