  Quality Cutz is the Best! We've used them for 4+ years (and so have our neighbors and our HOA) and they do an awesome job for a very reasonable cost. They are local young people from NHS -Mike Gebicke- who started a business in 2011, I think. 410-474-2997. Call them! You won't be disappointed!
