I purchased an oz of Krishna holy basil seeds and they were a different kind of basil than advertised. This caused problems for my farm. I have bought Krishna seeds from them many times and this was not it. When I tried getting in touch, I was ignored. Their response time is very quick if it can get a sale, but if you have any problems, they suddenly don't exist. I used to like and trust this company, now I feel cheated and frustrated.

  Yes. It’s illegal to bring seeds to US from any country. We buy via SeedsOfIndia.com

  It's a funny dilemma. We as individual cannot get seed from our country. But you can buy them from vendors through eBay or Etsy or seeds of India. Though it is difficult to get all the seeds, but that is the start.

  Buy from seeds of India. Past 2 yrs I am buying from them. Seeds sprouts well. You can also try etsy and amazon Don't take from India, seeds are not allowed. If you caught you have to pay 300$ and they stamp this in passport. Every time u travel they check the back throughly. This happens to a person here in our place

  Spinach is cool weather crops, you can easily most of the time since you in NJ, I also buy my seeds for Indian vegetables from seeds of India.
