  We had the best experience the other year when purchasing our place in Wasage, with www.JohnBurch.ca He is worth the drive to Barrie! He was kind and took the time to explain everything we didnt understand. He has a ton of lenders in his pocket so he has a large selection to pick from in order to find you the best rate and company to suit your needs. I only had 2 years self-employment behind me when we were shopping and he found a company that would work with us AND got us exactly what we were asking for to buy our dream home at a great Rate...so needless to say, we would HIGHLY recommend him!!! :D
