  Jane, sorry about Totos still not getting better. I volunteer for the Idaho Humane Society, fostering dogs for them. When they get adopted, I give out the IHS recommended pet insurance information: Its Petfirst Healthcare -- $14.95 a month -- 1-877-291-7387 www.petfirst.com $1,000 annual accident/illness coverage, $500 per incident 100% reimbursement after $50.00 deductible. (They give a $5.00 first month introductory after you adopt a pet if you enroll in 20 days, but that wouldnt apply to you.) Hope that gives you a place to start. June
