  I need recommendations for a good, honest, reasonable, and RELIABLE contractor to do some work to the exterior of our home. I have had multiple contractors either not show up to appointments (without calling) or show up, promise the estimate by a certain date, and then disappear on us. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. So please - reliable, legitimate contractors who are capable of doing great work only. Work includes installing gutters, replacing some rotten wood siding, either painting the house or installing vinyl siding (depending on cost/budget), replacing at least one exterior door and door frame, demolishing a small deck and building a set of wooden stairs, capping some brick, and possibly replacing windows. I am open to one contractor who can do everything or to people who specialize only in things like gutters and windows.
