  Hello San Clemente! My Father had a torn meniscus in his left knee and got it repaired but is still in severe pain daily after his surgery and it's been 6 months. He is debating on doing a knee replacement but we always hear good and bad things about that surgery. Has anyone done stem cell therapy on a knee or know of anyone who has? Any doctor recommendations? Anything helps thanks!!
